Deliveries of EuroCave products are made for us by an independent national home delivery specialist. Once your order is ready for delivery and has been paid for, we will book your delivery for a particular day of the week. The delivery vans (7.5 tonne, 6 wheel base, 9 metres long) are only in certain areas of the country on certain days of the week. Deliveries start at 7:00am. Please note that because each order puts different demands on our delivery and installation service we are unable to commit to a specific delivery time on the day of delivery. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, but if you have not done so when placing the order and if you would like to reserve the first delivery of the day 7-8am (subject to availability) there will be an additional delivery charge of £50.00. The vans make 11-12 deliveries in one day and therefore the timing of your delivery is dependent on the location of other deliveries on that day, the time taken to carry out each delivery and traffic.
Please do not sign a delivery note until you are completely satisfied that the unit(s) delivered and the delivery has been carried out without fault. Goods signed for unchecked will be deemed to be in good condition and without aesthetic fault. (This does not apply to the function of the cabinet).
The day before your booked delivery you can call us to find out your place on the delivery run. We can then give you a 3 hour window during which we would expect the delivery to be made. On the day of delivery, whilst waiting for your delivery, you are welcome to call us from 9.30am asking us to call the driver and discuss his ETA. We can arrange for the driver to call you 1hr before arrival.

If you have any problems during the delivery please call us directly. We cannot accept any claims for loss, damage or shortcoming that should be apparent on delivery if you have acknowledged receipt on the delivery note, and NOT noted any issues on it. If a third party receives a delivery on your behalf, they agree to accept the same level of responsibility for the goods.
