*83 range is our best selling unit to the hotel/restaurant industry.
We can equip each cabinet with the types of shelves that are best suited
to your wine selection at no extra cost.
Our V*83 cabinets are very flexible. Each cabinet can be set at a single
specific temperature anywhere from 5-21o C. The cabinet will have this
single temperature throughout.
Therefore the EuroCave V283 enables you to have either 200 bottles of red or 200 bottles of white at drinking temperature or the unit can store 200 bottles of wine at a cellar temperature with controlled humidity, allowing your wine to be kept in optimum conditions regardless of the outside temperature.
If you wish to convert a room into a "real" cellar the EuroCave cellar conditioners are compact monoblock units that cool or heat, as circumstances require, an area of up to 50m 3 , enabling one to adapt an insualted space or a small room into a perfect wine cellar.
