What is NeoFresh?

NeoFresh is a patented and exclusive method of generating cold within a wine cabinet.

Conventional wine units including the Classic and Compact *83/*59 ranges from EuroCave, generate cold by cooling the rear wall where the evaporator (cold pipe) is located. The evaporator is often very difficult to access in the event of a repair. One of the superior features of EuroCave (non-NeoFresh) is that the cooling pipe runs the full height of the rear wall to ensure an even temperature throughout (top to bottom).

The NeoFresh system cools both side walls (top to bottom), not the rear, and the evaporator is located in the floor of the unit. The evaporator is easily accessible and removable.

By increasing the surface area, the distribution of cold is more even and requires less power to maintain temperature. Therefore the unit will run for shorter periods, but slightly more often, to top up the cold as required. The creates an even more accurate and constant environment.
