Which Model and Temperature Option is Right For You

We have 4 ranges.

Classic Range - The largest units with the highest specifications.

NeoFresh Range - The latest technology advancements built to Classic cabinet dimensions.

The Collection Range - Classic cabinets with a stylish new layer.

Compact Range - Designed to fit into a 60x60cm space or where size is an issue.

Première Range - Entry level pricing with limited options and features.

First, decide where you wish to put the unit. All of the units (except the 3 Temp E-model and the Serving Temp S Model) work in the garage by warming the contents against a freezing ambient. Otherwise choose your location in the house and note the space available.

Secondly, you should note that all wine (Red, White, Rose, Sparkling) is stored (cellared) at the same temperature, 12ºC - 13ºC. The most popular units start with the letter V, denoting a single temperature cellar cabinet. To drink your wine, simply take it out 30 minutes before and cool it further for white wine or allow red to warm up a little.

How many bottles do you want to store? You can always have some spare space to fill, but once full, you have to buy a new unit if you want to store yet more. The largest cabinets are the best value for money.

If you want to have a unit in the kitchen, the V059 Compact model sits beautifully under the counter and is available as a single temp model or multi temp. You can set the single temp at any single specific temperature from 6ºC - 20ºC (to serve white, or cellar any wine, or serve red) or the multi-temperature which is warm at the top and cold at the bottom for serving a mixed variety of wine.

The Premiere range is the entry level, competitively priced units. These units are built to the same quality specifications as the Classic and Compact range, creating a perfect temperature and humidity controlled cellar but are missing many of the interactive features such as illumination, alarms, fan assistance and active hygrometry.
