Why EuroCave?

Buying a cabinet in which to keep your wine? Please consider the following points:

Temperature:

All wine should be stored at the ideal cellar temperature of 12ºC - 13ºC. Wine stops maturing below 10ºC, and wine matures more quickly above 15ºC. EuroCave single tempertaure 'cellar' cabinets create the perfect storage environment. The speciality of Eurocave is the consistency and accuracy of the environement created.

Capacity:

Each cabinet is reinforced with a steel frame. This enables it to support the weight of up to 200 bottles in a large cabinet. Almost no other cabinet with approximately these dimensions can match this capacity. When looking at any manufacturers capacity, get them to show you how their capacity is achieved. Capacities stated and realistic use often differ.

Location (suitable for the garage):

A EuroCave can be kept in any dry environment, because it heats internally as well as cools. Hot or cold ambient, below 0ºC to +35ºC. (not a 3 (E) temp. or multi temp (S) cabinet).
A single temperature (V) model is most suitable.

Humidity Controls:

Unique to EuroCave is the Hydro T system. A cassette of clay needed allowing you to add water to be recirculated inside the cabinet in dryer environments such as garages in winter and centrally heated houses. In addition, a hygrometer is built into the display for you to monitor.

Protection Alarms:

EuroCave Classic & Compact cabinets have warning alarms if the temperature fluctuates outside normal parameters, if the door is left open or if the humidity drops too low.
Illumination - The Classic & Compact cabinets are illuminated as standard by a UV free, LED lighting system. Functional and aesthetic.

Fan Assisted:

The Classic & Compact range are fan assisted to maintain an even and consistent temperature and flow of fresh air. This may also help to discourage mould.

Low Power Consumption:

A V283 large Classic cabinet consumer c. 130W when running = 0.9kWh/24hr = £35/year at current electricity rate.

Illuminated Control Panel:

Electronic LCD display and button for precise temperature control.

Expertise:

EuroCave was the first and has been innovating for over 30 years, making dedicated wine cabinets for 'cellaring' or 'serving' wine. EuroCave does not make refrigerators.

Advantages:

We strongly encourage you to view a EuroCave cabinet and phycially compare it to any other manufacturer's cabinet. Please visit our showroom.

Rolling Shelves:

EuroCave versatile sliding shelves are unique. 12 bottles of wine (8 on Compact) are layered flat, front to back on a sliding shelf, that you can pull out with your little finger.

Insulation:

EuroCave cabinets have the highest level of insulation on the market.

Longevity:

Suitable wine may be kept in a EuroCave for many, many years as it maintains a perfect cellar environment, for maturing wine.

No Plastic:

The internal lining of the cabinet is entirely aluminium, this is unique to EuroCave. Aluminium conducts heat and cold far better than plastic, creating a superior cellar environment. Condensation can form far better on cool aluminium than plastic, helping to maintain humidity.

Fresh Air:

EuroCave cabinets are naturally ventilated, allowing fresh air to constantly flow round the cabinet. This creates an even temperature throughout and requires no artificial influence.

Quiet:

The compressor is mounted on vibration free 'silent' blocks, making it one of the quietest, if not the quietest cabinet on the market.

Customer Service:

We offer a 3 year parts and labout guarantee within the UK as standard and employ dedicated engineers for all your after sales and servicing requirements.
