Medium Classic E183 3 Temperature Cabinet

The E "3" temperature wine cabinets have three separate temperature zones. This unit does not have active hygrometry as it is designed for mature wine that will be drunk over the next year or so and the storage area is not as accurate as a one temperature cabinet. There is one large zone, in the centre, for keeping mature wine (10 - 14°C), a chilling compartment (6 - 10°C), at the bottom of the cabinet, and a compartment at the top for serving red wine (16 - 20°C). The serving compartments should remain empty and only be filled a few hours or days prior to serving. Configure to suit your requirements 2 storage and 2 sliding shelves or 7 sliding shelves. Solid black glass or UV smoked clear glass door. You can choose the alternative Java finish with the clear door (instead of Black).
Must be kept in an ambient environment above 18°.
