The filter Royale

Active patented air filter for Royale wine cabinet.

Positioned inside your wine cabinet, this filter traps volatile organic compounds (VOCs) which are naturally present in the air and also inside a wine cabinet.

In collaboration with a group of researchers at a school of agricultural science, we were able to demonstrate that thanks to this unique filter, developed by EuroCave: odours were reduced by half after 72 hours of use and 74% of VOCs (volatile organic compounds) were trapped after 3 months of use.

Use.

lt is essential to check that there is good air circulation inside your wine cabinet or mould and bacteria could develop.The filter must be replaced every 6 months – one year. This depends on the external environment in which Royale is installed. 
The cabinet is fitted with an alarm which tells you when to replace the filter.

How to replace it? The charcoal filter is located beneath the control panel. Unscrew the button on the charcoal filter flap, and replace the filter.

At the same time, check the water level of your Hygro Control tray, remember, we recommend you use demineralized water.
