The Pure single-temperature wine cabinet is designed for long-term wine ageing. It recreates a stable and controlled environment to help your bottles reach their full maturity. With a wide range of customisation options, you can choose the finishes, doors, and storage layouts that best suit your collection.
Storage conditions.
The Pure wine cabinet recreates the conditions recommended by wine experts for long-term ageing:
- Stable temperature for wine ageing, recommended at 12°C,
- Controlled humidity between 60 and 75% to protect corks and labels,
- Protection from light thanks to an anti-UV door,
- Reduced micro-vibrations to protect the wine’s structure,
- Optimised air circulation for a stable internal environment,
- Winter function for safe operation in unheated spaces.

The “Main du Sommelier” (Sommelier's hand) has been developed by EuroCave to provide a unique and flexible bottle support for all bottle shapes and sizes, fastened to the shelf. It ensures that any vibrations do not affect your cherished wines.
Its design came about from working with sommeliers, so it seemed only natural to name it after them.

Access to the contents of your wine fridge is secured by a dual action lock.
Alarms protect your wine in the event of the door being left open, sensor or temperature fault, humidity level abnormally low or high. The visual alarm tells you when it is time to replace your charcoal filter.
Simple, precise control.
Control your wine cabinet using the touchscreen control panel with LCD display.
For complete peace of mind, it shows the actual temperature and humidity inside the cabinet, not just the set values.
